Herewith you find our general sales, delivery and payment terms of Sprout-Kingdom statued at Amsterdam, Dutch Chambre of Commerce number 34277913.

General sales, delivery and payment terms

We prefer to optain a good customers relationship. Therefor we wrote down clear terms of agreement. These terms of agreement are based on our general conditions. These terms of conditions are applicable to all agreements made with Sprout Kingdom. In case an order is placed with Sprout Kingdom, these terms will automatically will be applicable and means you have agreed with our general terms of agreement.
The Sprout-Kingdom collection is hip of high quality standard, sold by our own webshop but is also availableat other lifestyle shops and webshops spread over several countries.

PRICES

All prices in our shop are in Euros, tax included, shipment costs are excluded and depends on from which country the order is placed. Unless mentioned otherwise or by an agreement in writing otherwise. All sales are valid if the articles still are available. If an article is no longer in stock, it is not possible to place a backorder. So all articles will be available as long it is in stock.

PAYMENT

The order needs to be payed in advance. It is possible to make the payment by Pay Pall. It is possible to pay aswell by bank payment or by internet banking. However if payment is not received within 2 weeks after order date the order will be automatically cancelled.

DELIVERY AND TIME OF DELIVERY

For delivery your order we cooperate with TNTpost. To be able to deliver your order without problems you need to select your country during the order proces. The delivery costs will be automatically calculated at your invoice. Shippingcosts in Europe are 8,50 euros and world wide 17,50 euros. Your order will be delivered as soon as possible, depending the country it is ordered from, respectively within 2 weeks.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

It is possible to cancel your order within 3 days after orderdate in writing, only by email.
Sprout-Kingdom is allowed to cancel an order without explanation.
Incase customer does not cancel the order within 3 days of orderdate, the customer is obliged to pay. Sprout-Kingdom has the right to calculate the customer extra reservation costs incase the order is cancelled after 3 days of orderdate and payment has not been made within 2 weeks. Aswell Sprout Kingdom is allowed to block the next order.

SWITCHING ARTICLES AND RETURNS

It is no problem to switch or return an article with Sprout-Kingdom. We understand it is possible that your newly received product might not add up your expectations. Therefor it is no trouble to switch or return the article within certain limits.

You are able to return an article bought in our webshop without explanation. Send the article to Sprout Kingdom at your expence, if needed Sprout Kingdom will replace the article only once at our expence. You can return your article without problems if:

  • you firstly notified Sprout Kingdom in writing by email.
  • We received the return items within 2 weeks after orderdate.
  • The clothes still are in originally state and exactly the way it is shipped to the customer, meaning; the clothing is not worn, not washed and all packaging, hangtags and labels complete to return sender along with original invoice.
  • Garments bought with discount are not allowed to be returned, neither switched, except incase the garment is showing a production flaw.

The customer is entirely responsible for shipment in case of a return article.

RETURNING ARTICLES

In case you are not satisfied with your delivery, you may return this article within one week after delivery, return will be at your cost. As soon as Sprout Kingdom receives the returned items and concludes the returned articles are received allright (see switching articles and returns), Sprout Kingdom will refund the payment for this item shown at the invoice, except shipping costs, this will not be refunded. Pls Note: Garments bought at a different sellingpoint can only be returned at that sellingpoint.

LIABILITY

  1. All assorted products by Sprout Kingdom add up with the safety regulations to where childrens clothes must answer too. However Sprout Kingdom could never be hold responsible for damage, physically, materially or not materially caused by negelect or wrong usage of the product sold at Sprout Kingdom.
  2. All Sprout Kingdom garments do have a wash & care label inside the garment. The customer is esteemed to follow instructions given by this wash & care label. Never iron a print, always iron the garment on the inside. Sprout Kingdom cannot be hold responsible for damage to the bought garment in case of wrong treatment.
  3. The content of this site is handled and completed with great care. However Sprout Kingdom can not exclude certain information to be shown wrongly or incomplete at our website. Sprout Kingdom can not be hold responsible for shown wrongly or incomplete information at our website.
  4. Sprout Kingdom can not be hold responsible for typing errors of which accidentely a wrong selling price is shown. In this case Sprout-Kingdom will correct the price as soon as possible.
  5. Sprout-Kingdom can not be hold responsible if the colours of the garment do not completely correspond with the photograph shown at our website, digital newsletters, catalogues, or other images.
  6. The positioning and enlargement of the actual print might defer from the photo image shown at our website. Sprout Kingdom cannot be hold responsible in case this occurs.

IN CONNOSSEMENT

In case of in connossement Sprout-Kingdom cannot be hold responsible to keep its obligations towards customer. In connossement means for Sprout-Kingdom circumstances occur which are not to blame on actings or non-actings by Sprout-Kingdom. Sprout-Kingdom is allowed in case of in connossement, at Sprout Kingdom's own judgement and insight, to annulate the order handling, aswell to annul the agreement without jurisdictional force. Sprout-Kingdom always will notify you about this matter in writing.

PRIVACY

Personal data passed on to us, by you, will be registered within Sprout Kingdom. Your data will be used for Sprout Kingdoms own purposes only and will never be shared with / or offered to third parties, unless it is neccessary for Sprout-Kingdom to be able to handle payment or making your delivery.  Personal data might aswell be used for tracking down (or attempts to) unlawfull and / or criminal behaviour acting against Sprout-Kingdom, her customers and employers, aswith participating with warningssystems in use to prevent an occurance such as fraud. Sprout Kingdom might contract external partners to handle this personal data.

QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

Our goal is to keep out customers as happy and satisfied as possible. Incase you have a question or complaint regarding our service and / or product provided by Sprout-Kingdom, we prefer to be notified about this matter by email. We will thrive to respond within 1 day notice, latest within 24 hours time. Incase a matter requires more research, we will notify you about this. At all cause we will try to solve matters as soon as possible. Complaints will be taken under our care up to 2 months after orderdate.

FINALLY

Sprout-Kingdom is allowed to alter this Order Information and content at our website at all times at any moment.
